TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General Rules
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal framework that defines the rights and responsibilities of both the Buyer and the Seller when making purchases through the online store www.aderashop.com
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes or updates to these Terms at any time in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, without prior notification. Any modifications will be published on the website www.aderashop.com The Terms that are in effect at the time the Buyer submits an order will govern that specific transaction. Therefore, it is recommended that Buyers review the Terms regularly or prior to placing any order.
1.3. Products available for purchase on the online store are intended for:

Adults who have reached the legal age of majority;

Minors under 18 years of age only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, except in cases where the minor is legally entitled to manage their own income;

Legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) in accordance with the above conditions.
1.4. By accepting these Terms, the Seller confirms that the Buyer is legally permitted to make purchases on www.aderashop.com. Before placing an order, Buyers are urged to read and understand the Terms fully. By using the website or completing a purchase, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Terms. Every transaction between the Buyer and the Seller is securely recorded in the online store’s database.
2. Protection of Personal Information
2.1. To place an order on the online store, the Buyer has the option to:

Make a purchase without creating an account on www.aderashop.com
2.2. The Buyer confirms that all information provided during registration or purchase is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3. By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer acknowledges and consents that the information supplied under clause 2.2 may be used for processing orders, ensuring delivery, and conducting marketing analyses. Such data may also be shared with credit verification or fraud prevention services, which may retain a record of the provided information.
2.4. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of fulfilling orders and delivering products. Additionally, the Buyer agrees to receive updates regarding their order and delivery status via email or mobile phone.
2.5. When registering on www.aderashop.com and providing personal information, the Buyer authorizes the secure storage of such data in a protected system.
3. Rights and Responsibilities of the Buyer
3.1. Under these Terms, the Buyer is granted the right to purchase products offered in the online store and to access all information provided on www.aderashop.com
3.2. The Buyer may cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date the goods are received. To do so, the Buyer must send a notice of withdrawal to aderashopping@gmail.com indicating the order number and the reason for returning the item.
3.3. The right of withdrawal described in clause 3.2 is valid only if the returned product has not been damaged, worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used beyond the extent necessary to determine its nature and characteristics.
3.4. The Buyer is entitled to request a refund in accordance with the applicable legislation governing consumer rights and distance contracts.
3.5. If any information provided during registration changes (such as contact details or delivery address), the Buyer is obligated to update the data without delay.
3.6. By accessing or browsing the online store, the user automatically agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and is considered to have the status of a Buyer.
4. Seller’s Rights and Responsibilities
4.1. The Seller guarantees the Buyer uninterrupted access to the online store and its functionalities, except in cases of technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to cancel a purchase agreement if fulfilling the order becomes impossible — for example, if the requested product is out of stock or cannot be delivered. The Buyer will be informed of such circumstances as soon as possible via phone or email. In this event, any advance payment made by the Buyer will be refunded without delay, and no later than within 3 days, to the payment account designated by the Buyer.
4.3. If the Buyer intentionally attempts to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or stability of the online store, the Seller may immediately restrict the Buyer’s access. In serious cases, the Seller may remove the Buyer’s account entirely.
4.4. The Seller commits to handling and storing the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal privacy procedures.
4.5. The Seller is obligated to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated in the order form.
5. Ordering Procedure, Pricing, and Delivery Fees
5.1. The online store is available for browsing and purchasing at all times, offering 24/7 access to users.
5.2. A binding agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is established once the Buyer confirms the order and the Seller issues an order confirmation to the Buyer’s email address.
5.3. The Buyer agrees to pay for the order immediately upon submission. Order processing begins only after the Seller has received full payment.
5.4. The Buyer will receive an email confirmation of the order within one business day from the moment the purchase is placed.
For the purpose of these Terms, business days are defined as Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, excluding weekends and national public holidays.
If an order is placed outside business hours — for instance, on a Friday after 17:00 — the confirmation will be sent no later than 17:00 on the following Monday.
5.5. All product prices listed in the online store are stated in Euros (EUR) and include a 21% value-added tax (VAT).
5.6. Delivery charges are calculated separately and are not included in the listed product prices.
5.7. Payment for purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro credit or debit cards. Additional payment methods may be introduced at the Seller’s discretion.
6. Delivery
6.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address, as the goods will be delivered to the location specified in the order form.
6.2. The Buyer is responsible for accepting the delivered goods at the agreed time. If the Buyer is unavailable or fails to receive the shipment, they forfeit the right to make claims against the Seller regarding non-delivery.
6.3. Delivery of orders is carried out either by the Seller directly or through an authorized courier service.
6.4. The Seller guarantees dispatch and delivery within the timeframes specified in the online store. The Buyer acknowledges that, in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, delivery deadlines may change. Should such a situation occur, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer and arrange a new delivery schedule.
6.5. The Seller bears no responsibility for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, or for any other limitations arising from such inaccuracies.
6.6. The Buyer must promptly inform the Seller if the package arrives damaged.
6.7. If the goods are delivered in visibly damaged packaging, the Buyer must, at the moment of receipt, record the nature of the damage on the courier’s delivery note in the presence of the courier. If no such remark is made, the Seller cannot be held liable for damage discovered afterward.
7. Liability of the Buyer and the Seller
7.1. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration or ordering is accurate and up to date. If incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Buyer prevents the Seller from fulfilling the order properly or on time, the Seller will not be held liable for any resulting issues and may seek compensation for any expenses incurred due to such inaccuracies.
7.2. The Buyer is fully accountable for any actions performed while using the website, including actions taken under their account or login details.
7.3. A registered user bears full responsibility for safeguarding their account information and must not disclose their login details to third parties. Any consequences arising from such disclosure shall be the user’s responsibility.
7.4. The Seller is not liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of failing to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions, despite having the opportunity and being encouraged to review them.
7.5. The Seller may provide links to third-party websites for informational purposes; however, the Seller does not oversee or control such external sites and cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of their content. The Seller assumes no responsibility for third-party advertisements or for the correctness of the information they contain.
8. Marketing and Communication
8.1. The Seller reserves the right to introduce and manage various promotions, discounts, and special offers on the online store at its sole discretion.
8.2. For any promotional campaign, the Seller may establish separate or additional terms that apply exclusively to that specific offer.
8.3. The Buyer’s personal data may be processed on www.aderashop.com for direct marketing purposes. During registration, the Buyer can choose whether or not to receive newsletters, promotional updates, and special offers.
8.4. All inquiries, notifications, or requests addressed to the Seller must be submitted via email or by contacting the phone number listed in the “Contact us” section of the online store.
8.5. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer fails to receive notifications, order confirmations, or other correspondence due to internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events beyond the Seller’s control.
