Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Period
The customer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning a product are nonrefundable.
3. Refund of Product Cost

If the seller is unable to exchange the product, the customer will be refunded the full product price minus the shipping cost.

In the case of a manufacturing defect or if a product different from the one ordered was sent, we guarantee a 100% refund of the product cost.
4. Return Procedure

To return a product, the customer must send an email to aderashop@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

It is recommended to notify the seller on the same day the product is shipped back using the same email address.
5. Product Condition

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

Not worn, washed, or soiled

Retain their original appearance

All original labels and packaging intact

Include a copy of the purchase document, order number, or invoice
