Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. The total shipping cost is added to the overall purchase amount.​

3. Returns

 3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of receipt for items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Delivery Terms

1. Domestic Transit Time: Typically 5–10 days for shipments within the country.

2. International Transit Time: International shipping typically takes 4–22 days, depending on the courier selected at checkout.

3. Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment, excluding national holidays.

4. Change of Delivery Address: Address changes are accepted prior to dispatch.

5. P.O. Box Shipping: Only postal services are used for deliveries to P.O. boxes; courier services are not available.

6. Items Out of Stock: Any unavailable items will be canceled with a refund, while available items will be shipped promptly.

7. Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact customer service for assistance.​

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers receive a tracking link to monitor the status of their shipment.​

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged upon delivery, reject the parcel if possible and notify customer service immediately.

7. Duties & Taxes

1.  Sales Tax: Applied to goods as displayed on the website.

2.  Import Duties & Taxes: Prepaid for international deliveries; no additional charges are required upon shipment arrival.​

8. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
